We are now hiring for the following positions:
SALES REPRESENTATIVE/ESTIMATOR
As a Sales Representative/Estimator, you will be responsible for generating new business through prospecting and cold calling. You will also provide estimates and proposals for potential customers based on their fencing needs. You will work closely with management to understand all aspects of the project, issues, and time frames. You will communicate with customers throughout the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships. You will also be responsible for following up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional sales. You will demonstrate a strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor to our customers and your team members. Putting the customer first is a top priority.
REQUIREMENTS:
Clean NYS driver’s license
Minimum 2 years of sales experience
Ability to work in a team environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
FIELD INSTALLATION TEAM MEMBER
As a Field Installation Team Member, you will work as part of a team to complete specific fencing jobs. You will load materials for the day’s job and ensure all tools and equipment are on the truck before and after the job. You will make sure the job site is safe, clean, neat, and free of debris each day and that fuel tanks are topped off each day before leaving the yard. You will unload materials for installation, safely and neatly load take-down materials for easy stacking in the yard, dig holes, layout materials, and prep the job site for installation. You will mix concrete in a neat and clean manner, clean materials, and the job site as installation is underway, and be efficient with your actions to keep end-of-day tasks to a minimum. You will be supportive to your team members by not shirking the harder tasks and leave the customer’s yard better than when we arrived. You will demonstrate a strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor to our customers and your team members. Upon returning to the yard each day, you will sweep and clean the truck inside and out and ensure that equipment and concrete are put away and covered. Putting the customer first is a top priority.
